// IDENTITY_CORE: URBAN_FIELDMARK
The Visionaries of Play
Established to merge tactical challenge design with modern urban navigation. We conceptualize Warsaw’s streets as living boards and indoor chambers as hyper-detailed engineering puzzles.
From Blueprint
to Reality.
UrbanFieldmark originated from a simple observation: modern city exploration had become a passive exercise. We wanted to transform the architectural heritage of Warsaw into an interactive experience. By moving puzzles out of windowless rooms and into the open air, we use physical monuments, cornices, and shadows as vital game mechanics.
Our technology is not a distraction; it is an optical lens. It encourages players to look up at hidden courtyard plaques and historical markers that residents often ignore. We bridge the gap between traditional escape room logic and site-specific augmented reality to make history feel like a living archive waiting to be decrypted.
"The city is not the setting; it is the core engine of our puzzles."
The Operatives
A multi-disciplinary collective of developers, historians, and structural experts dedicated to urban ludology.
Puzzle Architects
Specializing in the mathematical verification of logical flow. Every riddle is stress-tested to ensure fairness and immersion without leaps of bad logic.
AR Engineers
Building the proprietary geo-spatial engine that anchors digital clues to physical coordinates with sub-meter accuracy in dense city environments.
Urban Historians
Guardians of narrative integrity. Collaborating with local archives to ensure missions resonate with the authentic history and architecture of Warsaw.
Safety Leads
Managing environmental safety and public space etiquette. Every quest is audited weekly to adapt to changes in city traffic and walkway access.
Respecting the Urban Grid.
We operate on the principle that the city is a shared resource. Our games are designed to be "low-friction" and "zero-impact." This means we do not alter physical surfaces or disrupt the flow of daily life.
AR coordinates are audited monthly for physical accessibility and community safety changes.
Puzzle mechanics are logic-based, requiring no permanent markers or physical tags in public space.
We collaborate with local venues, driving traffic to independent cafes and neighborhood hubs.
Where the Fieldmark goes next.
Core Infrastructure
Established 12 hyper-detailed physical escape rooms and successfully launched the Warsaw City Quest AR engine across 3 central districts.
Tactical Expansion
Developing "Sector S"—a new multi-level AR experience involving night-time lighting triggers and Vistula-side narrative nodes.
Inter-City Nodes
Integrating cross-city leaderboards and persistent narrative arcs that carry over from physical rooms into city-wide AR campaigns.
