Terms of Service
This document governs the legal relationship between the Fieldmark platform and its participants. Review these boundaries before initiating urban AR sequences or room extractions.
User Conduct & Physical Safety
Engagement with UrbanFieldmark requires movement through public spaces and high-fidelity indoor environments. All players must adhere to strictly defined engagement protocols to ensure participant safety and municipal compliance.
Physical force or destructive interaction with environmental puzzles is ground for immediate expulsion without refund.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing urbanfieldmark.space or booking any physical or AR experience, you agree to form a legally binding contract under Polish law. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.
2. AR Quests & Public Safety
Our site-specific AR games occur in living city environments. Users are responsible for maintaining situational awareness. Do not trespass, violate traffic laws, or engage in behavior that endangers the public while utilizing our mobile application.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The visual design, puzzle logic, narrative strings, and technical architecture of UrbanFieldmark — including the "Ghostwire Cartographer" interface — are proprietary assets. Unauthorized reproduction, digital scraping, or commercial exploitation of urban quest routes is strictly prohibited.
Reservation Protocols
Cancellations must be filed 24 hours prior to physical room extraction. AR quest keys are valid for 30 days from purchase.
Risk Acknowledgement
Users assume all risks associated with movement in urban environments. UrbanFieldmark is not liable for device damage or personal injury during outdoor gameplay.
Spatial Telemetry
AR sessions may track GPS coordinates to trigger narrative events. See our Privacy Policy for data handling procedures.
Legal Governing
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Warsaw.

By continuing to use our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these operational terms. Failure to comply with the rules of engagement leads to the immediate termination of your mission access.
