GDPR Compliance Protocol // 2026
Privacy
Policy
This policy outlines our commitment to transparency regarding your location data, physical safety protocols, and digital footprint within the UrbanFieldmark ecosystem.
Our Data Manifesto
We believe your urban movement should be your own. Unlike traditional mobile games that sell travel patterns, our tracking is strictly functional for gameplay verification and tactical safety.
- / GPS coordinates strictly while an AR City Quest is active for puzzle triggering.
- / Basic contact info for physical Escape Room bookings and safety waivers.
- / Device technical specifications to ensure AR compatibility and performance.
- / We never store your location history once a session is completed.
- / No background tracking or off-platform monitoring of your movements.
- / Zero third-party behavioral data harvesting or ad-profile creation.
Active Tracking
Location services are utilized only to unlock site-specific markers in Warsaw. Handled via local device permissions.
Encryption
All personal booking data is secured using SHA-256 protocols and stored on private, EU-based servers.
Data Deletion
Player session logs are purged 48 hours after extraction, maintaining zero long-term surveillance logs.
User Rights
Users hold full authority to request data access, rectification, or withdrawal in accordance with GDPR regulations.

1. Information Collection and Processing
UrbanFieldmark ("the Platform") collects only the minimum personal data necessary to operate our physical escape rooms and AR experiences. This includes identification data (name, email, phone) required for reservations and financial data processed through secure, third-party encrypted gateways for payment.
For AR City Quests, we process real-time geolocation data. This data is used solely to verify that a participant is within the mandatory proximity of a game checkpoint. We do not correlate this data with non-game locations.
2. Data Storage and Security Architecture
Your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). Our servers implement advanced firewall configurations and intrusion detection systems. In the event of a physical environment game (Escape Rooms), local surveillance footage may be captured for safety and puzzle guidance purposes; these recordings are automatically overwritten every 72 hours.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses technical cookies to maintain session states and security preferences. We do not use third-party tracking pixels for cross-site behavioral advertising. For a detailed breakdown of specific cookies used, please refer to our Cookie Policy.
4. Disclosure of Information
UrbanFieldmark does not sell or trade your personal data. We disclose information only to service providers who assist in our operations (e.g., payment processors, hosting services) and who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
